INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Creative Initiative for Enterprise Development (CIfED) recognizes the critical role of institutional development in achieving sustainable impact. Our secretariat is strategically located in Soroti District, Eastern Uganda, with a sub-office in Kaberamaido. Currently, we operate with a dedicated team of 5 full-time staff members, including the Executive Director, Programs Manager, two Field Coordinators, and a Finance Officer. As we secure funds for new projects, our commitment is to expand our team, ensuring that we have the necessary capacity to drive positive change.

Governance
CIfED is guided by a robust governance structure to ensure effective decision-making and strategic direction.
Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors comprising 7 individuals with diverse backgrounds in Agriculture, Community Development, Law, Finance, and Health.
Under the supervision of the Board, the Executive Director (ED) assumes the responsibility of implementing the organization's strategy and business plan.
