Jennifer, the Executive Director, is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to community welfare. Her extensive experience includes senior roles in microfinance, faith-based, and international and national NGOs.
With a Master's in Financial Management, she successfully steered CIfED towards environmental conservation and improving vulnerable households' well-being.

Ann Grace Akiteng
Ann Grace, a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA, specializes in financial and grants management.
Her climate advocacy and certifications in leadership and forest gardening make her a valuable asset.
Field Coordinator
Osidi John
Osidi John, a professional forester, combines expertise in ecological organic agriculture and forestry. His experience in FMNR programs, species identification, and stakeholder engagement contributes significantly to CIfED's initiatives.
Administrative Assistant
Angweno Suzan
Suzan, with a diploma in Social Works, brings five years of community work experience. Her background in promoting organic farming aligns with CIfED's goals, making her an essential member of the team.
